Increasing dividends effortlessly

Fund subscriptions are processed on every Finnish banking day by Investors House Rahastot Oy. Subscriptions can be made by transferring money to the fund’s bank account and by submitting the signed subscription form to the Fund Management Company.

Information forms for new customers:

New customer

Fill in either of the above subscription forms and then pay the subscription amount to the account of the fund of your choice. After signing the form, you will be directed to the page where the payment information can be found.

You can use the same form to subscribe to several different funds at once.

Current customer

If you are already our customer, instead of filling out the subscription form, you can only pay the subscription amount to the subscription accounts shown below and send us information about the subscription by email to info [at] dividendhouse.com.

Change of customer information

If you want to notify us of your changed contact information, such as your new address or bank account, you can do so using the form that opens from the button below. Finally, the form requires electronic identification.

Accounts

Remember to make a transfer to the account of the fund of your choice. The subscriber’s personal identification number or business ID must be entered in the message transfer message field.

Once the subscription is completed, we will send the accounting subscription document electronically.

If the subscription order and money are received before 12.00 noon Finnish time, the date and price are those of that banking day.

Fund series and dividend

Fund units are divided into dividend-series (A) and growth-series (B). For dividend-series a dividend is paid each year, the amount for the dividend is decided by the annual general meeting.

Redemption

Redemption request must be made in writing by using our redemption form or with an informal letter. The letter must contain the fund’s name, number of units or amount (in EUR) to be redeemed, customer’s information details and signature. If fund units are accompanied with written certificate of ownership, redemption is accepted when the certificate is returned to the fund management company.

If the redemption request is received at the Fund Management Company before 12.00 noon Finnish time on a Finnish banking day, the redemption date and price are those of that banking day.

Proceeds from the transaction are paid to the customer’s bank account on the following banking day of the value day, given the fund has sufficient cash balance to fulfill the transaction.

A confirmation of the redemption will be sent to the customer.

Fund Fees

Fund company charges subscription and redemption fees on fund transactions and a management fee.

Management fee is calculated and deducted daily of value of the fund. Therefore the management fee is included in the reported daily unit value of the fund. Management fee includes the compensation for the custodian.

Dividend House Mutual Funds are funds under the Mutual Funds Directive, so Dividend House Oy is not obliged to assess the suitability of a fund for a client if the subscription is made at the client’s initiative. In this case, the client is also not subject to the code of conduct relating to that investment service.

Dividend House Oy has a legal obligation to identify its customers and to obtain information on the origin of the assets invested. The obligation may apply to each subscription event. In the event of incomplete information, Dividend House Oy shall have the right to disregard the order and the Management Company shall have the right and the duty to postpone or refuse the subscription.
